What is EDGE?

EDGE is a four-level consulting framework that aligns strategic thinking with operational execution and performance management. Each level builds on the previous one, but can also standalone depending on organizational needs, readiness, and goals.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, EDGE delivers depth, structure, and accountability to ensure that strategy becomes a living system, not a static plan.
