Good_BossWe provide an opportunity to achieve your professional goals through specialized education in insurance designations in the state of Florida.  ESC provides courses for the Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) designation and the Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation.  Our courses that are accredited through Polk State College, allow you to be EXEMPT from the state exam to obtain your All Lines Adjuster 6-20 license and Registered Customer Service Representative 4-40 license.

  • Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA)
    • Will allow you to apply for the All Lines Adjuster 6-20 License.
    • **When registering for the ACA Course, use Course Code: ESC1000
  • Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR)
    • Will allow you to apply for the Registered Customer Service Representative 4-40 license.
    • **When registering for the RCSR Course, use Course Code: ESC2000
