Cindy Hammond Zimmerman – Owner
Cindy is honored to team with individuals and companies to meet their training needs and requirements. At the beginning of her career, she spent 12 years at Raytheon as a recruiter, benefits administrator and strategic planner. She later transitioned to becoming the Vice President of a manufacturing company. For those 20 years, she used her leadership and organizational development skills to grow a 30 team member organization with $3 million in sales to over 200 members and $25 million in sales. These previous roles have given her the knowledge in the insurance industry to understand, educate, negotiate and train employees on insurance programs and coverages. In her role as managing owner of Educational Services & Consulting, she values the opportunity to interact and listen to students and employees to gain insight into the program. This allows our program to be up to date on materials to reflect the industry and training objectives. The courses that are offered by Educational Services & Consulting have been developed to prepare students to enter the insurance industry and continue to grow and advance in their careers. Educational Services & Consulting, as a company, is proud of the fact that we train thousands of students on a national level each year.
Angela Milligan – Manager of Operations
Angela is thrilled to working along side of her mom and sister at Educational Services & Consulting. As Manager of Operations, she is responsible for maintaining daily operations of the program, communicating with students and companies regarding any inquiries about the courses, reporting monthly to our partners, and creating efficient processes to sustain growth of the company. After Angela graduated from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University with a degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, she spent 6 years in the retail industry. She worked in Logistic Operations and Merchandise Planning and Allocation for companies like Bath and Body Works, and DSW Inc. During this time, her responsibilities ranged from item planning, buying and allocating inventory, prioritizing production schedules with vendors, and managing an inventory budget that exceeded $100M. She is excited to use the knowledge and experience she learned from those roles to make Educational Services & Consulting a company that will cater to our students to provide them with the best service for their educational and training needs.

Natalie Zimmerman – Manager of Strategic Planning and Communications
After 10 years of working in New York City at one of the world’s largest wealth management firms, Natalie is delighted to be joining her mom and sister as a member of the Educational Services & Consulting team. During the last 10 years while supervising an award-winning team of 10 people, her primary focus was managing client relationships by utilizing her team’s dynamic structure to provide clients with tailored solutions, ensuring that each resolution adhered to superior quality of service. Natalie is inspired to apply her knowledge and experiences to expand the opportunities that ESC provides to anyone willing to learn. As Manager of Strategic Planning and Communications, Natalie will collaborate with our higher education and industry partners to identify new initiatives and training essentials that are necessary to provide their associates with accessible opportunities to develop a successful career. Additionally, she will continue to grow our online learning offerings, advance our marketing campaign and expand on the foundation of ESC’s successes.
Natalie graduated with honors from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a double major in finance and business management. She holds several securities licenses, life and health insurance licenses and earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM (FPQPTM) designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Connie McChesney had a long, successful career as an educator who loved being able to enrich the lives of students through education. After spending years in the teaching world, and having a background in the insurance industry, she wanted to combine her two passions. In 2001, she developed an insurance training program that offers an RCSR and ACA designation in the state of Florida. Her goal was to create a program that was accessible to anyone who was willing to learn. She knew this could ultimately create professional opportunities for any individual who took the courses. For many years, the courses were delivered through classroom settings at colleges and in training facilities. As society’s demand for online programming and the need to train large number of students in the insurance field increased, an online training program was created for the course that reached thousands nationally.
